Photobooth Troubleshooting Guide

TROUBLESHOOTING LOADING PRINTER PAPER AND INK

  • Remove paper catcher
  • Leave printer on
  • Open the printer lid
  • Push two buttons to slide printer cover out
  • Pull out green ribbon cartridge. Discard
  • Replace with new ribbon cartridge. Large roll closer to you
  • Slide ribbon cartridge back in
  • Push down blue button to remove cover
  • Pull out paper roll
  • Push the sides to release the paper roll and pull two blue ends out
  • Put blue ends on the sides of new paper roll
  • Remove pull sticker
  • Set new paper roll back into the tray
  • Roll and load paper between the black plastic housing and white roller
  • Keep rolling and feeding paper until you hear a beeping
  • Close tray
  • Close front of printer until it clicks
  • Red light flashes
  • If successful, three strips of paper will come out all cut. DONE!

 

RESTARTING

  • Turn off camera
  • Hit control alt delete button on keyboard
  • Start task manager
  • Quit DSLR Remote pro
  • Go to windows start up menu. Restart computer
  • Once computer is done restarting, load DSLR Remore pro
  • Turn on camera. Make sure it’s connected and on M/Manual and ON
  • Reload settings in software, make sure everything is good to go
  • Reload picpic social and restart
  • Quit picpic social ipad app and restart
