Did you know that we were a part of Sacramento’s Second Saturday in Midtown? That’s right! Our studio is actually located in the heart of Midtown and on last Second Saturday, we opened our doors and hosted our very own 2nd Saturday Photo Booth Extravaganza! And we had so much fun, from 7pm to 9pm, people lined up non stop to take photos in our Second Saturday Photo Booth!

Families, couples and friends and more, so many people stopped by to say hi to the photo booth! We still had people wanting to try out our fun Sacramento photo booth when we had to shut down our studio at 9pm. It was so great to meet the many faces and people of Midtown! What a great way to connect with our community! The people just never stopped and every one commented on what fun our photo booth was!

Join us for our next Second Saturday Photo Booth Extravaganza on June 8th at 919 20th Street starting from 6:30pm. On the 2nd Saturday of each month, many local Sacramento galleries feature new shows of individual and collective artists. Many galleries play host to the artists so it’s a wonderful way to meet them in person. Some galleries provide beverages, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and even dinner with the artist!

The Second Saturday Art Walk is a chance for art enthusiasts and newbies to enjoy the works of local artists exhibited in the Midtown and Del Paso Boulevard districts. As the name suggests, this art walk takes place every second Saturday of every month, throughout the year.

Since many galleries are grouped into two main areas in Sacramento: Midtown and along Del Paso Blvd. (The Uptown Arts District), many people like to take an Art Walk and wander from gallery to gallery, making and evening of art and people viewing. More galleries and venues can be found in Old Sacramento and Downtown Sacramento, as well as in outlying areas including Folsom and Fair Oaks.
