We love it when our virtual photo booths are promoting our community, driving charity fundraising, or even standing for a good cause! Our fall season was jam-packed with events that focused on efforts to better marginalized groups in our area. Check out all the awesome virtual events we were featured in!
In Memory of RBG
We were so saddened by the news of our favorite supreme court justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. We processed in the best way we knew how – staying united in her memory under a photo booth! We designed a virtual photo booth for our followers and fans to use and share. Along with RBG’s signature collar, the booth also provided links to donate to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
ShelterFest
When we heard the news of a local music festival that was virtual AND contributing to our local artist & venues scene, as well as the houseless community in Sacramento, we knew we wanted to be a part of the cause. ShelterFest was a socially distant solution to help out struggling sectors of our city that have been hit hard by the global pandemic. The festival was curated and produced by The Artists of Sacramento and Burly Beverages Backyard BBQ. It also included a lineup of restaurants serving up delicious plates for pre-order to enjoy during the live-streamed festival performances!
Paws To Party
The 8th Annual Paws to Party went virtual! The celebrations included a virtual silent auction, online pet costume competition, and an exclusive collectible Pawrty Pack to Go for purchase! This event helps provide quality care for the thousands of animals that enter The Front Street Animal Shelter each year. Each participant’s support helps to provide emergency and advanced veterinary care for sick or injured animals as well as provide funding for adoption and outreach programs that help shelter pets find their “forever” homes. Our virtual photo booth was used to upload and collect pet costume competition submissions!
The 2020 Election
We wanted to find a way to promote voting and allow people to share their involvement in the 2020 presidential election. What better way than a virtual photo booth for people to take their picture post-vote and share on social media. We decked out the frame overlay with red, white, and blue – because America needs all the support it can get right now. No matter what side you choose in our two-party system, everyone should vote for their state, local, and federal delegates. Every vote matters!
