Self Care Sundays at Bridge District is a digital event where we’ll be hosting a live stream of some of our favorite self-care resources and encouraging people to check out their local bookstores, yoga studios, cafes, and other spots that provide the kind of relaxation and rejuvenation they need to take care of themselves.
The event will include some fun activities like yoga, meditation, and eating delicious food. We’ll also have massage therapists and acupuncturists available if anyone would like those services.
Photobooth For Your event
Everyone loves a photo booth! They’re a great way to get everyone loosened up and excited for your event. Plus you get to take home a digital copy of your favorite photos for free! Some venues have their own photo booth, but if not, you can rent a photo booth from a company like us, Giggle & Riot from Sacramento!
Self-care is all about making sure you are taking care of your mental and physical health so that you can perform at your best. Self-care Sundays are a great way to prioritize self-care by setting aside some time each week to practice self-care activities like yoga, meditation, journaling, reading, and more. It’s a great way to set yourself up for success by making sure you are keeping your mind and body in good working order.
Some activities you can do as part of your self-care Sundays include: Spending time in nature Journaling Reading yoga or meditation Journaling Spending time with friends or loved ones Cooking: A great way to unwind after a stressful day.
Custom backdrop For Your Event
Remember that backdrop you printed out? Now you can use it as a photo prop! Whether you’re at a photobooth or setting up your own DIY photo booth, a custom backdrop can add some extra flair to your photos. Some ideas for custom backdrops include: A sign with your company name/logo A favorite quote or motto Photos of your team or event
A Virtual Photobooth Perfect Self-Care Sundays!
We know that self-care is such an important part of your life, and we want to make sure you have the tools you need to take care of yourself in the best way possible. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we took part with our virtual photo booth at Self-Care Sunday events!
We know that sometimes finding time for yourself can be hard, especially when you’re juggling work and family commitments. So, instead of making you wait in line at a real photo booth, we’ve created an online version—so you can take as many pictures as you want from the comfort of your own home.
All you need to do is log in with your phone number and select the number of pics you’d like to print. Then upload your photos, choose how many copies each person should get, and voila! It’s done!

We hope that this addition makes it easier for everyone to participate in Self-Care Sunday events—and gives them more freedom to focus on themselves during such a hectic time of year.
